Use of the substance in products is basically banned.

I-2 Hexavalent chromium compounds
I-3 Lead and its compounds
I-4 Mercury and its compounds
I-5 Bis (tributyltin) oxide (TBTO)
I-6 Tributyltin (TBTs), Triphenyltin (TPTs)
Halogenated organic compounds I-7 Polybrominated biphenyl (PBBs)
I-8 Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDEs)
I-9 Polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs)
I-10 Polychlorinated naphthalene (with more than 3 chlorine atoms)
I-11 Short-chained chlorinated paraffin (having the chain length of 10-13)
I-12 Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
* The regulation only applies to packaging
Others I-13 Asbestos
I-14 Azo dyes and pigments (specific amines formed by degrading azo dies and pigments)
I-15 Ozone depleting substances (Class I substances listed in Montreal Protocol)
I-16 Perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS) and PFOS analogs
I-17 Specific benzotriazole: Phenol, 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4,6-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-
I-18 Radioactive substances
I-19 Formaldehyde

The conditions under which these substances are contained in products must be controlled.

II-8 Ozone depleting substances (Class II substances listed in Montreal Protocol)
Others II-9 Phthalate esters
II-10 Class I designated chemical substances specified in the PRTR
