Designed for shooting in outdoor conditions - waterproof and dustproof
With the waterproof*1 to 10 ft., users can easily bring cameras either in the pool or in the ocean and enjoy taking pictures of people, fish and coral refs during snorkeling.
The dust reduction system protects the camera from dirt or sands on the beach or other dusty places*2. It is also easy to take care for.

Resistance to shock - the construction absorbs impact brought on by a drop
Due to the adoption of electric board suspension and the materials with both shock absorbing and high stiffness, the camera has durable exterior and interior construction which absorbs impact brought on by accidental drops or harsh usage during outdoor conditions.

[About test methods]
Conditions of the test are as follows.
-Drop from 1500 millimeter high.
-Drop onto the lauan plywood.
-Crash against on the subject (plywood) in 26 directions (faces, sides and angles).)
-The shockproof test was conducted once in every direction.
-In accordance with the designated standards of products, the exterior, electric and machine performance tests were conducted to examine whether our product complies with the standards. We used five cameras for the crash test. Please note that we will not question that the exterior appearance may deteriorate because coating materials of a camera peeled off at the point where the camera crashed into for testing.

Compared to the conventional products, it is lighter by 10% and two thirds smaller in size.
