Olympus Eco-Products : Digital SLR E-510/E-520
The compact, lightweight body of the E-510/E-520 digital single-lens camera system with interchangeable lenses has been certified as an "Eco-Product." In addition to 10-megapixel resolution, this camera also features the “Live View” system, which helps photographers to capture unexpected photo opportunities, and the built-in "Image Stabilization" system. There is also a dust reduction system to prevent dust from spoiling images. Even experienced photographers will be impressed by this digital single-lens camera.
While adding new features to this camera, Olympus was also careful to ensure that quantities of harmful substances used remained within the levels stipulated in our own management standards. The result is a camera that combines superior photographic performance with top-notch environmental performance, including a significant contribution to energy conservation through the use of a compact, high-capacity battery that provides sufficient power for 650 shots*1 on a single charge.
