Olympus Eco-Products : TIRF Objectives (APON60XOTIRF, UAPON100XOTIRF, UAPON150XOTIRF)
These objectives are for total reflection fluorescent microscopes. It is developed by only conscious glass.
Because it has large numerical aperture 1.49 (APON60XOTIRF), the total reflection area become lager and it can be observed with more clear contrast monomolecular level.
Also, it has correction collar mechanism to correct distortion variation by thickness of the cover glass (0.13-0.19) and temperature change (23°-37°).
