Approach to CSR
Olympus has contributed to society in various ways even before it coined the phrase, "Social IN." The business environment is constantly changing. Thus, the social values that Olympus needs to share with society gradually vary. Furthermore, the management and employees are changing, too. Under these circumstances of constant change, we are allowed to exist and be able to contribute to realizing people's healthy and happy living by fulfilling our responsibilities to various stakeholders, namely our customers, shareholders, employees, local communities, and global environment. Olympus' approach to CSR lies in our effort to constantly evolve "extra distance" in our corporate activities always being aware of the philosophy.
