In April 2005, we established the CSR Division to promote CSR initiatives by the Olympus Group. The CSR Division consists of the CSR Department, the Risk Management Department, the Compliance Section, and the Information Security Coordination Section^Note. These units work with related departments and divisions to ensure that everyone in the Olympus Group is fully aware of the importance of fulfilling our social responsibilities. They also identify issues requiring prioritized action and promote initiatives in those areas.
