Priority Measures
Total quality innovation under customer-focused management systems
In fiscal 2008, we sought to enhance the usability of our products by gathering and applying voice of customer (VOC) information, and by conducting usability assessments with the aim of optimizing ease of use from the customer’s perspective. In fiscal 2009, we will implement customer-focused management by applying VOC feedback to individual processes that make up our management systems.
We will also implement world-class quality assurance systems. Aspects covered will include safety at the development stage and regulatory compliance.
