Q : What initiatives do you have to ensure customer satisfaction, confidence and trust?
A : At Olympus, we carry out customer-focused quality control based on our quality assurance program, which is in force from the product development stage onward.
Q : How do you respond to customer inquiries?
A : A structure is in place designed to service our customers. In particular, the Customer Support Center now provides enhanced consultation functionality to meet specific requirements of each product area.
Q : What activities do you carry out for repairs?
A : To help customers rest assured in times of trouble, we have developed a region and product-specific repair system designed to ensure minimum repair time and cost.
Q : What environmental concerns do you try to address in your products?
A : We have our own environmental standards that center on four primary areas of concerns: environmental preservation, energy conservation, resources conservation and information disclosure. Products that conform to the standards are certified by us as Olympus Eco-products.
Q : Do you have any additional environmental initiatives in place?
A : Olympus promotes efficient logistics and develops packaging technology in an effort to reduce the environmental burden caused by fuel and packaging materials needed for shipment.
