Through the establishment of a New Management Structure in 2012, as well as our "One Olympus" philosophy shared by employees globally, we have made great efforts and strides to restore the confidence placed in our company. In the spring of 2016, we embarked on a new medium-term management plan to create an all-new era of sustainable development for Olympus.
