| Popularly known as the "Majin," the V-100 was the first still video camera (an electronic camera with an analog recording system) sold by Olympus. It had a built-in 3x zoom lens and created images consisting of 360,000 pixels. To view the images it was necessary to attach a playback mechanism to the camera. The V-100 was announced at that yearfs Photokina. (Prototype) |
