Cancer Awareness Project in China

Digestive Tract Cancers Awareness Campaign

Olympus in China carry out the campaign to raise the public awareness of early digestive tract cancer screening. In FY2024, Olympus held nine lectures in different cities across China, six of which were broadcast live online. In addition, a dedicated web site sharing gastrointestinal health information was developed to facilitate public education. Those activities intend to provide knowledge and information to people, to make them understand the importance of early detection and early treatment by cancer screening. We also provide information about cancer screening to our employees as important stakeholders.
