Winner of the Good Design Award *1! Even Smaller Super-compact Size
 |
 |
The super-compact size further reduces the postcard size of the TURBO MO mini series. This model delivers an approximately 10-mm reduction in overall length and a weight of 500 g, 10 g lighter than its predecessor, the TURBO MO mini EX. The drive won the 2002 Good Design Award thanks to its compact size, elegant design, and user-friendly operability, including the direct transfer feature. |

Noticeably improved speed thanks to USB 2.0 *2, 8 MB of cache memory, and increased disk rpm
The roughly 30% increase in disk speed from the 3,000 rpm of the previous model to 4,000 rpm and the addition of 8 MB of cache memory work together to deliver a noticeable speed improvement. And when combined with a high-speed USB 2.0 interface, or even using today's most common USB 1.1 interface, the drive delivers high performance through increased rpm.

Direct transfer feature allowing data transfers via a direct connection to a digital camera
To further satisfy the image data storage requirements of digital cameras, which are growing ever more popular, the drive provides the industry's first direct transfer feature using a single USB cable to connect with a digital camera supporting the USB mass storage class without going through a PC, thereby enabling batch transfers to MO disk with the single press of a button.

Effortless Album Creation using "GAZO for MO"
The TURBO MO mini EX IV+ comes with "GAZO for MO *3" ( Macintosh and Windows versions ) , a software application for making digital photo albums. "GAZO for MO" enables the addition of comments and music to images imported from digital cameras, scanners, and other devices as well as those obtained from the Internet and other sources. It also makes it easy to arrange, edit, and manage images in albums. Edited images can be saved to MO disks as well. Image management is even easier if you separate disks by use and setting.
