| Event Outline | The OLYM#Concert is designed to provide opportunities for cultural enjoyment for cancer survivors and their families. This concert has been sponsored by Olympus Korea since 2018 and is held three times a year. About 400 cancer survivors and their families attended the first concert in 2019. OLYM# Concert is a concert that everyone enjoys and participates because cancer survivors who are the main targets of invitation and medical professionals close to them can be on stage. In this concert, classic guitarist & ensemble, soprano and flamenco dancer performed classic, movie and tango music, along with easy-to-follow interpretations by a medical professional. As a special stage, a famous Korean actor played the guitar and recited a poem, and a cancer survivor selected through a public contest played the guitar. OLYM# Concert is becoming a channel for harmonization and communication among cancer survivors. |
