| Event Outline | Olympus participated in Kenko-Mirai EXPO 2019, which was held from March 30 to April 7, to introduce the technologies of endoscopes to the public and educate them on the importance of early detection and treatment, as well as to showcase Olympus' achievements over its 100 years of existence through information panels and product displays. The highlights of the Olympus booth were a gastrointestinal endoscope, used for the examination and treatment of the esophagus and stomach, and a 3D surgical endoscope used for endoscopic surgery, with both devices available for visitors to touch and even operate. These hands-on learning experiences, together with quiz games and other fun-filled informative activities, attracted numerous visitors of all ages to the booth. |
