| Event Outline | In June 2019, around 50,000 visitors and several universities as well as research institutions celebrated the "Sommer des Wissens" (Summer of Science) in Hamburg. Especially for the youngest visitors, the event held at Hamburg town hall square offered a wide range of activities in the field of science and research and gave fascinating insights into the topics of climate and environment, technology, natural sciences, medicine, art and city history.
