Tokyo, October 21, 2022 - Olympus hereby announces that it has tentatively decided upon a new representative executive officer and executive structure at the meeting of the board of directors held on October 21. The changes are as described below. These appointments are scheduled to be formalized in a board meeting at the end of March 2023.
