| Event Outline | Olympus accepted a factory tour requested from Matsukawa Elementary School in Fukushima City, and also held the "Endoscope Kids Class". At the factory, children visited the manufacturing process of equipment used as a medical endoscope system. At the Endoscope Kids Class, after learning about the history and roles of endoscopes, they experienced the operation of endoscope systems and treatment tools used with endoscopes. Children enjoyed to learn endoscopes, they deepened their understanding of Olympus and endoscopes through this event. And also response from students who participated in this event encouraged employees who was in charge of running the event. |
