Olympus Corporation (Director, Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO: Yasuo Takeuchi) today announced the completion of the transfer of the Norwalk facility (Norwalk, Ohio) to Nissha Medical Technologies (New York; NMT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nissha Co. Ltd. (President and CEO: Junya Suzuki) based on the agreement which was announced on August 6, 2020.
