Event Outline | Olympus Corporation of the Americas co-hosted CACLV (Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley- a local NPO) program “Color Outside the Lines: A Conversation on Race and Fairness". This project is intended to identify and remove the systemic and structural barriers to racial equity and inclusion in our community, the discussion is part of a broader effort to develop a strategic plan to promote diversity, inclusion and equity throughout the Lehigh Valley. The African American CAN (Colleague Affinity Networks in Olympus) in coordination with the CACLV hosted a discussion about race and fairness, about 25 leaders from various business units of Olympus attended the event. |
