| Event Outline | Olympus Corporation of the Americas held "Disability All Speaker". In this event, participants learned how to be a Disability Ally, how to gain confidence through tips and tricks to interact with individuals with disabilities, and gained a better understanding of disabilities and help provide a supportive work environment for your coworkers with disabilities. This event included reviewing EAP (an employee assistance program) resources and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) process. In addition, Rusty Segan, Chief Medical Officer talked about his disability and answered some Q&A questions. |
